We were very impressed with the quality of the retrofit food slot assemblies in both design and workmanship, the returns on all exposed corners, quality of hinges and stepped closure demonstrate an understanding of the need of the new correctional environment.

We were equally impressed by the retrofit for the 50 series electro magnetic jam locks and your integration of the intercom call station into the design of the retrofitted lock housing as well as the outstanding quality of the complete door and frame assemblies for the new locations. Your team was able to integrate all of the needed components into the build, supporting the needs of the other trades and security components.

I offer Kudos to the tradesmen on the installation of the equipment for both their skill and their ability to work cooperatively, securely and safely and within our centre with minimal disruption to our operations; allowing us to maintain operations and to retain the much needed cell space.

It was a pleasure to work with you and your staff and I hope that we are able to secure the services of Steelgate Security on future projects in Manitoba Corrections.

We would like to take this opportunity to extend our congratulations to all of our subcontractors for the successful completion of the new Strathroy/Caradoc Police Service Facility.
